Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

  • Because our products are consumables (teas/steams) and custom‑crafted (candles), we accept returns only if items arrive damaged or defective.

  • For damaged or defective items: please contact us at orders@infusionhouse-experience.com within 7 days of delivery, include photo proof, and we’ll issue a replacement or refund. 

  • Gift cards, sale items, and personalized batches cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges

  • We do not currently offer automatic exchanges. You may return a qualifying item and place a new order separately.
